Alastair graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2004 and has worked in private practice ever since. He spent over eight years in a large, busy clinic in Eyre Square, Galway, before returning to Dublin with his wife, Dr Noelle McCourt, to open Deansgrange Dental in 2014. With more than a twenty years of experience in dental implants, Alastair has a special interest in oral rehabilitation and restorative dentistry. He takes great pride in helping patients regain confidence in their smiles through careful treatment planning and a calm, supportive approach. Under his direction, the clinic has continued to invest in state-of-the-art equipment to provide the highest standard of modern dental care.

Originally from County Meath, Alastair now lives locally with Noelle and their three children, a daughter and twin boys. Outside of work, he is a passionate long-distance runner and coach with Blackrock Athletics Club. A fun fact about Alastair is that he has completed a marathon in under three hours, an achievement that reflects his dedication and perseverance. He also enjoys good food and travelling. At home, he can often be found tending the garden, caring for the family’s chickens, or enjoying relaxed time with his family.
