Niamh joined Deansgrange Dental Clinic in July 2025 as our welcoming and friendly Patient Coordinator. She is the warm smile that greets patients at the front desk and the calm voice that helps every appointment run smoothly from start to finish.

Before joining the clinic, Niamh worked in retail, where she developed her strong people skills and love of helping others. In 2022, she also completed a Nail Technology with Eyelash and Eyebrow Treatments course at BFEI, which gave her a great eye for detail and an appreciation for creating positive, confidence-boosting experiences. While she realised that beauty therapy was more of a hobby than a career path, the creativity, precision, and customer care skills she gained have proven invaluable in her role at the front desk.

Niamh was drawn to a patient-facing position because she genuinely enjoys connecting with people and helping them feel at ease. She loves being able to turn a potentially nerve-wracking visit into a relaxed and friendly experience. What makes Deansgrange Dental Clinic special to her is the genuine sense of care and community both within the team and with their patients.

Although Niamh hasn’t been with the clinic long, she already feels part of the family. “Everyone here is so friendly and supportive it’s such a positive place to work,” she says. Outside of work, Niamh enjoys retail therapy, travelling, and a good pamper session, she’s always up for a city break and is rarely seen without her lash extensions (a self-confessed obsession!).

If she had to describe herself in three words, Niamh would choose friendly, helpful, and supportive, someone who loves brightening people’s days and making sure every patient feels genuinely cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
